Local funeral directors Walter C Parson were presented with a Customer Care Award at the National Funeral Exhibition 2013. The awards are based on responses to a national survey of clients who purchased a funeral prepayment plan. The very high standard of customer care achieved by Walter C Parson earned them an award, one of fifty presented to firms throughout the UK.
