At a very sad and upsetting time in my life with loosing my husband very recently I found David and his team 100%caring and understanding. They went above and beyond helping me at such a sad time .the care and attention was just amazing from all the team I could never thank them enough.

David and the team were absolutely fantastic in looking after my mum. Their thoughtfulness, kindness and extensive knowledge were invaluable in guiding us in giving her the most fitting farewell. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

It is always a difficult time organizing a funeral for a loved one but David and his team dealt with every query with kindness and professionalism. No matter what we threw at you, every query was dealt with ease. Thank you for making this a fabulous send off for a very special person.

Ayesha was so kind and understanding when we discussed how we wanted to say goodbye to my mum, her knowledge and professionalism made us all feel genuinely safe and listened to throughout the process of organising and being at my mum's funeral. Maureen was so approachable when dealing with the necessary administrative side of the funeral service and replied really promptly. It made such a difference at a difficult time. On the actual day the whole team made us feel “held and cared for”

After the loss of my wife and soul mate of 31 years and whilst going through so much personal turmoil, Ayesha and the team at Pengelly were sympathetic and compassionate and at the same time respectfully guided me through the arrangements making sure everything went as smoothly as possible, I can’t thank them enough.
