NewsPlymptonA Thank You from Plympton FoodBankA Thank You from Plympton FoodBank Staff at our Plympton branch kindly donated to the local food bank in December and have received this lovely thank you letter that we’d like to share with you. “To everyone at Walter C Parson Christmas may seem as though it is in the distant past rather than less than a month ago but your kindness made it a much happier time for many of our clients.During December we fed a record monthly total of 207 people including 85 children, which took our total for 2025 as a whole to 1,398 people, 573 of whom were children. Thanks to the generosity of people and organisations like you we were also able to provide some Christmas extras, that many of us take for granted, to 81 households.We gratefully acknowledge your donation weighing 9.0kg in December.None of the work we do would be possible without people like you who continue to donate food, money or other resources to support those who are struggling in Plympton and the surrounding area.Thank you so much for your donation and ongoing support.
