“To whom it may concern,

I wanted to take this opportunity to write a sincere email regarding my recent mum’s funeral and the exceptional service we received from Vikki and the team at Walter Parsons in Plymstock branch.

From the very moment I walked through the doors which I was unprepared for I was made to feel welcome and not alone. This has been the first time I have ever had to make arrangements for a funeral and this was a hard challenge as this was for my mum, who was and always will be my world, best friend and my guardian. I wanted to ensure I gave her everything she wanted and Vikki and the team helped to achieve this and more.

The commitment to delivering an outstanding service made a significant impact, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge their efforts.

From the moment we engaged with Vikki, it was clear that her expertise, professionalism, and dedication set you apart. The exceptional level of service she described and provided throughout the entire process went above and beyond my expectations. She was always available to ask a question and Sarah was always at the end of an email.

The attention to detail, prompt responses, and willingness to go the extra mile genuinely impressed me even down to the request of animal print in the coffin for my mum down to the detail of animal print worn by all those involved in the day of my mum’s funeral. In particular Vikki and her shoes.

Vikki’s expertise proved invaluable, and her ability to address our unique needs and challenges was exceptional. Every solution was innovative, practical, and delivered with the utmost professionalism.
