“We were greeted by David Parslow the funeral director who immediately put us all at ease. He led us into the crematorium, and I can honestly say he was just the most pleasant, caring, professional person. With his knowledge he knew what to say to help us cope with our feelings…. he read 2 lovely poems giving us closure at the end and time to reflect…it was the best service I’ve ever been too and as a carer I’ve been to a few. The whole Walter C Parson team were very smart and professional throughout.”
