“Good Afternoon

Needed to send this email to express how outstanding from start to finish in sorting out a funeral plan for my Husband and Myself has been.

You do not realise how much this as taken of my shoulders now knowing it’s all taken care of.

Please could you Thank Lucy for getting the ball rolling, Lucy knew how stressed I was did not mess around in getting phone call sorted from the manager.

Last but no means least Matthew Reynolds such a professional man in every aspect of the word.

It was lovely to meet him please let him know my husband and I so grateful he was the one that helped us through all the paper work etc , cannot praise him enough.

I will recommend you to anyone who ask about funerals in the future.
