Ash Rescue Centre, Dartmouth
Ash Rescue Centre, Dartmouth

Ash Rescue Centre provides a lifetime home for rescued elderly horses, where they can live out their final years in a safe, nurturing environment. Ash Rescue Centre's conservation efforts on the 100 acre site have included reintroducing native hedgerows, woodlands, ponds and wildflower meadows. Our resident horses are in mixed herds, where they are conservation grazers with access to many of the healing wild plants. We are also fully dedicated to wildlife rescue, providing care and rehabilitation to a variety of wildlife species, to then be released back into their natural habitat.

Walter C. Parson Group
Walter C. Parson Group

Walter C. Parson Funeral Directors is a family business established in 1842 at Stoke Climsland, Cornwall. It has, either by inheritance or acquisition, remained in the family over seven generations. We strive to deliver a first class service, one which would only be acceptable to a member of our own family. We believe that by maintaining this strong ethos through our staff and by training them to the highest standards of the profession, we are able to consistently deliver this service to our clients. This, in turn, has enabled a small family owned funeral director to grow into a group serving the South West Peninsula, covering Plymouth at St Judes, Crownhill, Plympton and Plymstock; Ivybridge, Tavistock, Callington, Torpoint, Saltash, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Exeter.
