Southmead Hospital Charity
Southmead Hospital Charity

Southmead Hospital Charity raises funds to support the healthcare services at Southmead Hospital, Cossham Hospital and in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset communities. Working alongside our clinical teams, therapeutic support staff and our patient community, we raise funds for projects that are beyond the remit of the NHS. Through the generous support of individuals and organisations in the community, we are able to carry out ground-breaking medical research, provide specialist equipment at the cutting-edge of technology for patients, improve treatment facilities, support staff development and create a sense of wellbeing by enhancing the healing environment within clinical spaces.

Walter C. Parson Funeral Directors is a family business established in 1842 at Stoke Climsland, Cornwall. It has, either by inheritance or acquisition, remained in the family over seven generations. We strive to deliver a first class service, one which would only be acceptable to a member of our own family. We believe that by maintaining this strong ethos through our staff and by training them to the highest standards of the profession, we are able to consistently deliver this service to our clients. This, in turn, has enabled a small family owned funeral director to grow into a group serving the South West Peninsula, covering Plymouth at St Judes, Crownhill, Plympton and Plymstock; Ivybridge, Tavistock, Callington, Torpoint, Saltash, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Exeter.
