Grief Support Course at Plymstock Parish Hall

Commencing on Sunday 19th April, Plymstock Parish Hall will be running The Bereavement Journey – a supportive 7-session course for anyone bereaved at any time.

Through a series of films and guided discussions, the course gently explores topics such as coping with loss, anger and guilt, adjusting to change, and moving forward in a healthy way.

If you or someone you know would value a safe space to talk and reflect, you are warmly invited.
