Firstly a big Thankyou for the exemplary service that you provided us with yesterday and since my fathers passing.

Right from the initial moment I was welcomed into your office with a friendly face, a warm greeting and nice cuppa coffee, I knew that we were in safe hands.

The whole package your staff provided was carried out with experienced precision at every part of the funeral process,

I have to say that your attention to detail as a team was spot on and I am so humbled that I put my father into your care. You certainly did us proud!, And we cannot thank you enough.

Yesterday was a very smooth conclusion to my fathers passing and we felt very much at ease and looked after with true care and dedication during a very upsetting time in our lives.
