As family and friends,
we are heartbroken to announce
that our darling Grace passed away peacefully, surrounded by love,
on Monday 12th October 2026
at Derriford hospital
aged 20 years.
She will be missed forever and always
and was so many things to so many people.
As sad as we are, we are also fiercely proud
of the courageous, funny kind and loving
young woman she grew to be.
She made it known that she wished to be an
organ donor and her last wish was fulfilled.
She will continue to bring joy, love and hope
to other families and we could ask for
no finer legacy.
A celebration of Grace’s life will take place at
The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room One,
Merafield Road, Plympton, PL7 1UQ
on Friday 6th November 2026
at 2.00pm.
Wear what you wish please.
Bright, fun clothing is welcome.

all those who knew Grace, throughout her life.
