Sean Creaven

Passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly,
with his family by his side
on 25th September at Derriford Hospital
aged 58 years.
of Woolwell Plymouth.

Dearly loved son of Mary and Peter (deceased)
and brother to Tracey and Collette.
Cherished uncle to his nephew and nieces.
Sadly missed by his uncles, aunts,
cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at
Holy Cross RC Church, Yelverton
on 16th October at 10.30am.
Followed by a private cremation.
