NewsService of Dedication and Official Opening of Tamar Valley CrematoriumService of Dedication and Official Opening of Tamar Valley Crematorium Last week, Company Directors Graham May and David Parslow were delighted to attend the Service of Dedication and Official Opening of Tamar Valley Crematorium. The Crematorium was formally opened on Friday 24th April and dedicated by the Bishop of Plymouth, the Right Reverend James Grier. Tamar Valley Crematorium opened for services in the North of Plymouth in October 2025. Located on the edge of Dartmoor and set in long-established woodland with views over Bodmin Moor, the chapel has seating for 80 mourners.
