Here’s the feedback in full: “Dear Martyn & Team, We just wanted to thank you & your team again for the exemplary service you have provided @ Walter C Parsons since the passing of Huw. You & your team truly held & guided us at a difficult time. From that unexpected Sunday morning, where we cluelessly & frantically googled & called random undertakers to be met with automated services & answerphones. However, we were so relieved & grateful to have someone at Walter C Parsons answer straight away. From that moment they dealt with me with kindness & compassion. Everything was explained calmly & dealt with promptly. Everything on that day was so slick & professional, it all appeared effortless despite our anticipated challenges, which left us instantly reassured that Huw was in safe hands. Martyn; on a personal note we want to say a most heartfelt thank you to you. You have gone over & beyond in your support & communication with us. Despite our unconventional requests you embraced it all & helped us to make Huw’s farewell personal, & everything we had hoped for. Your personable & caring approach truly touched us, and helped to make one of the saddest times a special & treasured memory. We can not praise & thank you enough.
