John Ware appointed as Director and Shareholder

The Walter C. Parson Group remains firmly in family hands, as seventh generation of the Parson family John Ware is appointed as a Director and Shareholder of the Company.

Having started work within the business washing the vehicle fleet at the age of 14, John, now 25 has worked as Managing Director’s Assistant to his father Stephen Ware since 2014. Having gained a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, John spent a short time working in London for hotel consultancy firm CBRE before joining the family business.

John said “I am delighted to have been appointed as a Director and Shareholder of Walter C. Parson and ensure that the business remains in the family for a seventh generation.

Our focus remains on ensuring that the families which we look after are offered a first class service, which would only be acceptable to a member of our own family. As the business continues to grow, we invest heavily in the training and qualification of our staff to ensure that this same level of service is offered across all 10 of our offices.
