The conference included a visit to Tanexpo Bologna, the Italian funeral exhibition, where we saw some new ideas and inspiration to improve the service we offer to bereaved families. We were delighted to see our second BMW 7 Series hearse on display at the Biemme Special Cars stand. We look forward to bringing it back to the UK and into service soon.
