Please see below for Kathryn’s feedback in full… Google Review Link for our Plympton Office https://g.page/r/CdLh-wAD1beNEB0/review “I wanted to write to express mine and my brother’s sincere and heartfelt thanks to the team at Walter Parson’s, Plympton particularly to Keith, Sean, Matt and Tanya and extend this to their colleagues also who helped, for their professionalism but also their kindness and compassion in taking such good care of mum throughout her journey, her funeral and to us during such a sad, difficult and painful time, in our lives. My brother Robert and I were looked after through the whole process and gently guided throughout with much care which was so appreciated by us and made a very hard time easier, if that is possible. Our friends and family also commented on your excellent team and the wonderful care, professionalism and personal ,beautiful church service for mum. The organisation and planning was unobtrusive and this showed as everything went as smoothly as possible and we could not have asked for more, it so reassured and touched us and allowed us to focus on saying goodbye to mum which meant everything to us Your team are a outstanding credit to the profession”
